How to make your own Cornhole Game

Cornhole has definitely became the next big thing. Since any one can play you'll have a line of people waiting. This game is perfect to have around for a party, take to the campground or for tailgating. The idea of the game is to toss a 6x6 bag onto the cornhole game board and try to land in the hole. The bags weigh about one pound so kids can play too. The cornhole game boards get spaced anywhere from 16 foot to 30 foot apart depending on the skill level of the contestants. Now days they are making these games with folding legs for portability.


Cornhole has been called many different names, Cornhole Toss, Corn Toss, Bean Bag Toss, Baggo, and Tailgate Toss. For the most part they are all the same thing or at least have the same concept. One of the best things about corn hole is that everyone can play.

Cornhole Bags are normally 6" X 6" inches and weighs around 16 ounces (1lb). The most common  material used for cornhole bags is Duck Cloth or a similar sturdy material. Most people use Whole kernel corn in their cornhole bags but can be substituted with other fillers as well. These dimensions will work for Baggo Bags and Corn Toss Bags as well.
